HolistiCare LLC
I provide in-home skin grafts- services fully covered by Medicare. My territory is the entire state of Delaware.
Who qualifies?
-Patients with non- healing wounds for 4-6 weeks
-Patients with wound pictures for 4-6 weeks
-Patients with wound measurements for 4-6 weeks
**Patients do NOT have to be homebound **
